About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Technician to join our team at Wellpath. As a Mental Health Technician, you will play a vital role in providing direct care to our residents, working under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist licensed nursing personnel in providing direct services to assigned residents, including health data collection, observations of behaviors and activities of daily living, and activities of daily living such as prompting, education, and support.
  • Assist residents in activities of daily living and personal hygiene, nutrition, rest, and exercise.
  • Take and record vital signs and participate in specific treatment interventions such as coping skills, anger management, and other self-regulating behaviors.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • One (1) year direct care experience in a mental health setting.
