- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and concisely.
- Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine degree, with board certification in Psychiatry and/or Neurology.
- Minimum 3 years' experience working with patient populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
- Current valid license in the respective state, with a current and unrestricted DEA registration.
