Compensation

As a life insurance sales agent with The Mitchell Agency, you can expect to earn a competitive salary. Part-time agents can make approximately $30,000-$60,000+ in the first year, while full-time agents can earn around $80,000-$190,000+ in the first year. Agency owners who have been working for a few years and consistently promoted every 2-3 months generate a passive income of $200,000-$500,000+ a year.

Job Description

As a life insurance sales agent with The Mitchell Agency, your primary responsibility will be to research and find the best products from our 40+ A-rated carriers to protect new and existing clients. You will also be responsible for contacting potential clients to set up consultations, staying in touch with clients until they are protected, and researching and recommending the most suitable products for each client's needs.

You will be required to have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work well under pressure. Additionally, you must be deadline-oriented, detail-focused, and self-motivated.
