Cultivation Associate/Grower Job Summary

The Cultivation Associate/Grower is a key member of our team, responsible for maintaining the quality and cleanliness of our cultivation facility. This role requires attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the quality of all manufactured products
  • Harvest plants in preparation for processing
  • Properly dispose of plant matter
  • Develop and adhere to standard operating procedures and quality standards
  • Ensure facility cleanliness and organization
  • Handle, mix, and apply pesticides in compliance with regulations
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • At least 1 year cultivation experience preferred
  • Ability to acquire MED badge prior to beginning employment
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to work in hot and humid conditions
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift for extended periods
  • Ability to individually move objects up to 50 lbs
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of Colorado marijuana laws and regulations
  • Previous marijuana industry experience preferred
  • High-level critical thinking and attention to detail
