Job Description

A reputable equipment manufacturer is seeking a Product Specialist to support their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the agricultural technical industry and a background in operating and servicing ag equipment. They will be self-motivated to grow their career and willing to travel extensively. The company offers an excellent compensation and benefits package for the industry.

Requirements:

-Experience in Ag Equipment

-Possess skills to service equipment

-Must have great communication skills - written and oral

-High level computer skills

-Ability to travel (80%)

-Minimum 2-year associate's degree in related field

-3+ Years related experience

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in customer service support, product improvement, and technical communications

Become the company's service and parts department contact person for assigned territory

Train and support dealer service and parts personnel on company's processes

Assist with support to manufacturing and in the field

Assist engineering in builds and installation of prototypes

Report to engineering on issues that arise on test components

Report to Service Manager on product issues in the field

Assist in creating training materials and service manuals

Provide Technical Support to customers when needed

Assist with creating new service support policies and procedures
