Carvel Route Sales Representative

Rich Products Corporation, a family-owned food company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Carvel Route Sales Representative to join our team. As a Carvel Route Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering quality products to our supermarket accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Sell all products into all accounts, implementing Carvel pricing strategies and promotional pricing.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with supermarket personnel, resolving product or service problems promptly.
- Execute merchandising standards and objectives at specific accounts, increasing sales through promotions and displays.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions using hand-held computer units.
- Perform preventive maintenance on supermarket freezers.
- 2+ years of experience in grocery, retail, food service, or related industries in a direct sales, customer service, delivery, or other related position.
- Valid CDL class B License and a clean driving record.
- Self-motivated, able to take initiative in decision making.
- Punctual and reliable in work attendance.
- Professional and organizational and communication skills.
- Solid general computer, math, and analysis skills.
- 21 years or older.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Driving required, complying with all traffic laws and maintaining full DOT compliance.
- Maintaining DOT required medical certification.
- Extended periods of standing and sitting on a daily basis.
- Extended walking, climbing in and out of Company vehicle daily.
- Lifting not to exceed 55 pounds.
- Walk and roll product at customer locations.
