Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. As a primary care provider, you'll manage a patient panel with diverse needs, conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, and collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
Responsibilities- Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs
- Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits
- Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
- Utilize your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
- Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
- At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting, or 1 year in an urgent care setting, with a 1-year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
- State licensed in IL, obtained by your One Medical start date
