Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide primary care services to patients of all ages
  • Work collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement effective health coaching and education strategies to help patients manage chronic conditions
Requirements:
  • FNP/Family Nurse Practitioner or PA-C certification
  • 1+ year of experience in primary care
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
