Primary Care Provider FNP/PA in a Mobile Clinic Setting

We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team as a Primary Care Provider in a mobile clinic setting. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and make a meaningful impact on the community.

Responsibilities- Provide primary care services to patients of all ages in a mobile clinic setting
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
- Develop and implement health education programs to promote healthy behaviors and disease prevention
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Must be a licensed FNP or PA-C with at least one year of experience in primary care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Competitive salary range $85,000 - $110,000 depending on experience
