Position Summary

The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations, particularly in the Aerospace & Defense, Oil & Gas, and Renewable sectors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the sales team with scheduling, meeting coordination, and customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
  • Managing customer inquiries and accurately documenting their requirements.
  • Preparing and submitting cost estimates and quotations.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Experience in a sales coordination or administrative role is beneficial.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective administration of the sales inquiry process.
  • Provide regular performance reports on inquiry and quote progress.
  • Address customer complaints and provide after-sales support as needed.
