About the Role

This Quantitative Policy Specialist position is responsible for conducting outcome measures research on the Post 9/11 GI Bill, providing critical insights to support the educational needs of Veterans and their families.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute research agendas that assess the outcomes of the GI Bill, focusing on educational attainment, employment, and long-term financial benefits for beneficiaries.
  2. Design and implement quantitative research studies using econometrics, statistical analysis, and data-driven methods to measure the ROI of the GI Bill program.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure research reflects real-world experiences of GI Bill beneficiaries.
  4. Ensure compliance with VA contract requirements, including timelines, reporting standards, and methodological rigor.
