Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Implement and oversee patient care plans.
- Monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions as necessary.
- Act as the primary coordinator for all disciplines involved in patient care.
- Execute physician and nursing orders effectively.
- Assess and coordinate discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing required.
- Multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited nursing school or required professional licensure at the time of hire.
