Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients and families in a dynamic and fast-paced clinic environment.
- Assist providers with in-office procedures and perform front office duties, including patient registration and scheduling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program within 12 months of hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers within 30 days of employment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
