- Communication and Relationship Building
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with community association boards, homeowners, and vendors.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including written and verbal correspondence.
- Administrative and Organizational Skills
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including financial statements, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
- Utilize software and systems to track and manage community association data.
- 3+ years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive around the local market.
