Key Responsibilities:

If you are passionate about the hospitality industry, a position as a Facilities Maintenance Specialist at Homewood Suites Glen Allen may be ideal for you. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and repairing hotel systems and equipment, such as HVAC and electrical systems. You will also conduct preventative maintenance, perform regular inspections, and efficiently manage maintenance operations.

In addition, you will be tasked with handling minor repairs and maintenance activities, including painting, plumbing, and electrical tasks using standard tools. Collaborating with management on significant repairs and ensuring the safety of equipment will also be essential components of your role.
