Job Title: Clinical Research Coordinator I

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator I to join our team at SGS. As a Clinical Research Coordinator I, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing clinical studies, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and execute clinical studies, including setting up and conducting pre-study meetings, and preparing and conducting study visits.
  • Ensure compliance with GCP guidelines, applicable regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, including study documentation, case report forms, and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.
  • Coordinate scheduling of subjects for visits and ensure timely completion of study tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Clinic Manager and other team members to ensure smooth study execution.

Requirements:
  • Associate degree or 2 years minimum of relevant work experience with a GED or High School Diploma.
  • Understanding of basic concepts in clinical research and ability to learn and perform duties during clinical studies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
