Ocean Spray is seeking a talented SAP FICO Solutions Analyst to join our dedicated team. As a farmer-owned cooperative, we pride ourselves on collaboration and innovation, ensuring that every role contributes to our mission.

This position is pivotal in our journey towards modernization, focusing on the SAP FICO functionalities. The selected candidate will be deeply involved in our ERP transformation initiative, providing an excellent opportunity to design and implement impactful changes. The SAP FICO Solutions Analyst will play a key role in the development and deployment of an optimized, integrated solution tailored to our Finance operations, including Accounting, Procurement, and Treasury.

After the transformation, this individual will serve as the FICO subject matter expert, working closely with business stakeholders and product teams to prioritize enhancements and projects that deliver value to our cooperative. Additionally, the SAP FICO Solutions Analyst will collaborate with the Application support team to address daily support inquiries and maintain the system's operational integrity. Attention to detail is crucial in this role. The ideal candidate will utilize strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to maximize the benefits of our IT investments.

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

As a vital member of the ERP transformation project team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Working alongside solution integration teams, business leads, and functional analysts to ensure seamless end-to-end processes are effectively supported by technology.
  • Contributing to design and build cycles planning.
  • Participating in workstream status meetings and cross-functional discussions.
  • Identifying and documenting business requirements and user stories.
  • Assisting in the execution of the Test Plan and addressing defect identification and resolution.
  • Supporting the design of future-state business processes.
  • Facilitating cross-module, end-to-end process integration.
  • Collaborating with the change management team to assess the impacts of system and process modifications.
  • Reviewing and providing feedback on training and communication materials.
  • Contributing to the standardization of reports, processes, and data definitions.
  • Working with the conversion team on data cleansing and validation activities.
Technical Skills and Responsibilities:
  • Engaging with business stakeholders, product owners, and SAP development teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements within SAP FICO.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for productivity and efficiency improvements through technology solutions.
  • Maintaining integrations within the SAP FICO module and overseeing batch schedules in partnership with offshore support teams.
  • Documenting and analyzing existing system and business processes for efficiency enhancements.
  • Translating functional business requirements into technical specifications within an agile framework.
  • Conducting cost-benefit analyses for proposed enhancements to assist management in decision-making.
  • Coordinating use case tests and providing post-implementation support.
  • Delivering training and orientation to end users on new capabilities and enhancements.
  • Providing production support and investigating application incidents in collaboration with developers and end-users.
  • Prioritizing enhancement requests with product managers and business leads to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of functional SAP experience in FICO, preferably within a Consumer Packaged Goods or Manufacturing environment.
  • Basic understanding of SAP Analytics Cloud is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with APIs and integration methodologies.
  • Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and experience in enhancement and production management.
  • Ability to articulate ideas in both technical and user-friendly terms.
  • Experience in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Education:
A Bachelor's or University Degree is required.

Work Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is necessary.
