We're looking for a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and troubleshooting services to our staff and customers.

Salary and Benefits:

Job Description:

Job Summary: Assist in various IT areas with the IT Manager and IT Staff

  • Manage Help Desk - Troubleshooting user calls and emails.
  • Troubleshoot multiple workstations, and other hardware.
  • Troubleshoot multiple Point of Sales systems.
  • Troubleshoot Wireless Network, Hotspots and Webcams.
  • Help provides on-call consulting advice and technical support to all users/clients at Schweitzer regarding specific operational/applications issues.

Physical Demands: May sit/stand/walk up to 8 hours per day, with average of 4 hours. Will lift 10 lbs. frequently, and up to 60 lbs. occasionally. Will bend, squat, kneel, climb, twist and reach above shoulder level frequently. Indoors 75% of the time/Outdoors 25 %.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Some experience with Windows Operating Systems including Workstations, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Installation of various computer hardware, miscellaneous network devices, wireless devices, and standard network protocols.
  • Troubleshooting user calls and emails.

Education: High School Diploma

Experience: 2 years various IT experience.
