Job Description

The Catering Manager position is a critical role in the success of our client locations. As a Catering Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating internal catering events, and ensuring that all catering offered to clients and customers meets our high standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee internal catering events at client locations
  • Establish and maintain effective client and customer rapport to determine catering needs
  • Maintain costs as it relates to food, beverage, and labor
  • Negotiate new menus with restaurant partners for special requests
  • Recruit and train catering staff at client locations
  • Oversee set up and cleanup of all catering events
  • Ensure all catering events comply with government and agency standards, including but not limited to those relating to safety and health
