Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our busy outpatient vascular clinic. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, clinical expertise, and management capabilities while fostering collaboration with all healthcare team members. This role involves close coordination with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow and optimal care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with office-based procedures and provide wound care.
- Manage anticoagulation education, medication administration, and patient education.
- Conduct telephone triage and assist with disability paperwork.
- Supervise Ambulatory Care Technicians and ensure high standards of care.
- Flexibility to work at additional clinic locations as required.
Qualifications
Applicants must possess a Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Nursing Program and hold an active RN license in good standing. A minimum of 6-12 months of RN experience is required. This position entails taking on charge nurse responsibilities, engaging in unit/service activities, supporting colleagues, and assessing unit needs.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is competitive, with the potential for incentive-based compensation based on various factors including market data, education, experience, and qualifications.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with a schedule of Monday through Friday, offering a work-life balance with no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call duties.
