Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical General Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards. If you have a passion for electrical engineering, a strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, and excellent leadership skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee electrical projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
  • Lead a team of electrical professionals, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure their growth and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement electrical project plans, including resource allocation, material ordering, and scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an Industrial Electrical General Foreman or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents.
  • Working knowledge of Procore or similar project management software.
  • Journeyman's or Master's card from VA or similar certification.
