Position Overview:
As a Senior Electrical Engineer at ITAC, you will engage in comprehensive electrical engineering tasks throughout all stages of project development and equipment design for moderately complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute all conventional aspects of electrical engineering with a focus on independent judgment for evaluating, selecting, and adapting standard design engineering criteria, methods, and procedures.
- Conduct investigations involving multiple variables to achieve project objectives.
- Oversee and review the work of junior engineers, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering or equivalent practical knowledge.
- Licensed Professional Engineer with the capability to obtain licenses in additional states as necessary (NCEES certified or willing to pursue certification).
- Proficient in power system modeling and analysis software such as SKM and ETAP.

Technical Skills:
- Responsible for the layout, analysis, and design of electrical engineering components for industrial projects.
- Capable of producing detailed electrical documentation, including:
- Electrical Equipment Specifications
- Electrical Plan Drawings (Power, Lighting, Grounding, etc.)
- Electrical Schematics (Single line diagrams, Motor Schematics, Interconnection diagrams, etc.)
- Design Calculations
- Familiarity with core design basis documentation (P&IDs, General Arrangements, Equipment List, etc.).
- Experience in developing specifications and designs for Motor Control Centers (MCCs), Switchgear, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).

Leadership and Collaboration:
- Ability to lead a small team of designers and junior engineers.
- Conduct quality checks on electrical engineering work performed by others and resolve technical design conflicts.

Software Proficiency:
- Must be knowledgeable about various engineering software packages and automated design tools, including AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Word.

Education and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong foundation in electrical engineering design and project execution.
- Familiarity with electrical design software and relevant codes and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a collaborative spirit suited for a dynamic work environment.
