Job Overview

The Learning Experience #333 is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Infant/Toddler Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young children to learn and grow.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a curriculum that aligns with our proprietary L.E.A.P. approach, focusing on the unique needs of each child.
  • Create a safe and welcoming classroom space that encourages exploration and learning.
  • Communicate effectively with parents through regular updates and discussions about their child's progress.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and high-quality educational experience for all children.
Requirements
  • 6 months of childcare experience preferred
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
  • CPR and First Aid Certification preferred
  • Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role
