Job Title: Infant/Toddler Teacher

Join our team of dedicated educators at The Learning Experience, where we make early education joyful, engaging, and fun for young children. As an Infant/Toddler Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing environment that fosters growth, exploration, and learning.

Responsibilities:
  • Create a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom space that encourages children to learn, play, and grow.
  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various channels.
Qualifications:
  • 6 months of childcare/daycare experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.
  • Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
