Head of Enterprise Risk Management

Firstrust Bank is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Enterprise Risk Management team. As the Head of Risk, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive risk management framework that aligns with the bank's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a risk management framework that identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks to the bank's operations, reputation, and financial stability.
- Lead the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with business units to identify and assess risks associated with new business initiatives and ensure that risk mitigation strategies are in place.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies, examiners, and auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide risk management guidance and support to business units to ensure that risk management practices are integrated into their operations.
- Develop and maintain a risk management dashboard to provide visibility into risk exposures and trends.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve risk management processes and procedures.
- 10+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a financial institution.
- Strong knowledge of risk management principles, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Experience with risk management software and systems.
