· Conduct design calculations for static and dynamic loads related to equipment and structures.

· Assist the Sales team in estimating structural requirements for equipment and foundations.

· Contribute to proposal development, which may involve travel to client locations.

· Perform engineering assessments related to air pollution control systems for clients.

· Facilitate effective communication between Sales and Engineering/Project Management teams.

· Prepare technical documentation and reports to support design decisions.

· Represent the organization in client project meetings.

· Help maintain up-to-date calculation forms for structural designs and loads.

Qualifications:

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building.

· Experience in estimating is advantageous.

· Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

· Capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

· Familiarity with AutoDesk applications such as AutoCAD, Vault, Revit, and Inventor 3D modeling.

· Experience with Environmental Dust Hazard Analysis (DHA) is a plus.

· A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required; a Professional Engineering license is highly beneficial.

· Knowledge of industry standards such as ASCE, AISC, ACI, AWS, and NFPA is preferred.

· Willingness to travel for project-related activities is essential.

· Must be able to perform tasks that may involve prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.

· Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
