Job Title: Behavioral Health Nurse Specialist

At Community Care Alliance, we are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Nurse Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can provide comprehensive care to individuals with complex medical needs. As a Behavioral Health Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for administering injections, coordinating with pharmacies and healthcare providers, and providing education to individuals and families about medical diagnoses and mental health. You will also facilitate therapeutic groups, complete nursing assessments, and review medical screening forms.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in nursing or an Associate's degree in nursing with at least one year of experience working with individuals who have complex medical needs. You should also have experience working with children, youth, and families who have mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also required.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
