Job Title: Pediatric Behavioral Health Clinical Coordinator

Community Care Alliance is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Behavioral Health Clinical Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in providing quality care to children and families affected by mental health and substance use disorders.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for administering medications, coordinating with healthcare providers and pharmacies, and providing education to individuals and families about their medical diagnoses and treatment plans. You will also facilitate therapeutic groups, conduct nursing assessments, and review medical screening forms to ensure that individuals receive the best possible care.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in nursing or an Associate's degree in nursing with at least one year of experience working with individuals who have complex medical needs. Experience working with children, youth, and families who have mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders is also essential. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also necessary.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
