Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students' growth and development during the 2023-24 school year. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in implementing individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities:
  • Behavior Intervention Services: Provide one-on-one intervention services to students with behavioral challenges.
  • Implement Individualized Plans: Implement tailored plans to support student progress and achievement.
  • Data Collection: Collect data to track student progress and inform instruction.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
  • RBT Certification: Valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician required.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education).

Estimated Salary: $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
