Job Title: Vice President, Retirement Plan Services

USI Holdings Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President to lead our Retirement Plan Services team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic relationships, and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead new business expansion and identify profitable cross-sell opportunities
  • Administer multiple facets of the sales process, including phone calls, meetings, and follow-up tasks
  • Acquire provider proposals and perform analytical reviews of current plan documents and proposals
  • Work with product providers and internal service teams to ensure accurate implementation of retirement plan business
  • Conduct annual plan health reviews and coordinate employee education meetings
  • Manage and retain assigned book of business, including responding to client inquiries
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of retirement plan legislation, recordkeeper pricing/product, and technology changes
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a retirement sales capacity
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • SIE, Series 6, 63 & 65 or Series 7 & 66 and State life license required or willingness to obtain
  • State Insurance License required or willingness to obtain
  • Comprehensive knowledge of 401(k) DC plans
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
