Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide outstanding service to Members and Guests, ensuring adherence to ClubCorp's high standards.
  2. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items and effectively communicate offerings to guests.
  3. Accurately fulfill orders and requests in a timely and attentive manner.
  4. Recognize and greet Members by name, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  5. Ensure event spaces are properly set up, maintained, and cleaned in preparation for upcoming functions.
  6. Complete daily assignments and side work to meet operational standards.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  8. Address and resolve any Member/Guest complaints promptly and professionally.
  9. Assist with various tasks as directed by management to support overall event success.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of various liquors, beers, and wines.
  • Ability to interact professionally with Members and Guests, accommodating last-minute requests.
  • Understanding of basic banquet setups and service techniques.
  • Capability to carry multiple covers on a tray confidently.
  • Willingness to assist colleagues and adapt to changing operational needs.
  • Compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • High school diploma preferred; previous food and beverage experience is advantageous.
  • Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods, with the capacity to lift at least 50 pounds.

Work Environment:

This position may involve both indoor and occasional outdoor work settings. A clean and neat uniform is required to uphold the professional standards of ClubCorp.
