Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food and beverages according to recipes and standards, ensuring high-quality products are served to our members.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines, and ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive and productive work environment, and support the overall success of the café.
Requirements:
- Food Service Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment, preferably in a café or restaurant setting.
- Food Safety Certification: Possess a valid food safety certification, such as ServSafe or Food Safety Manager Certification.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members, team members, and management.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
