Overview

  • Demonstrates exceptional standards of dining presentation, setup, and service.
  • Engages with guests in a warm and efficient manner while serving food and beverages.

Compensation: $15.00/hr

Part-time employment opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret and execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) accurately.
  • Assist in event preparation, including arranging tables and chairs.
  • Set up table arrangements, condiments, and beverages.
  • Communicate effectively with the Banquet Captain and/or Manager.
  • Serve food and beverages with professionalism.
  • Complete all assigned side-work and pre-event tasks.
  • Participate in post-event cleanup activities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Some High School education or equivalent experience.
  • Flexibility in scheduling based on operational needs.
  • Successful completion of background checks and drug screenings.

Preferred Qualifications & Attributes

  • Prior experience in a serving role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Exhibits a professional demeanor.
  • Brings enthusiasm and a positive attitude.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Capable of bending, stretching, and twisting.
  • Able to stand for extended periods.
