About the Position

This role involves working closely with the Manager of Screening Tracking to oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for providing feedback to team members, recognizing and rewarding excellent performance, and addressing areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily/weekly work assignments for Open Follow-up (BIRADS/Lung Rads/PI Rads or any like Screening Program)
  • Monitor customer complaints and provide feedback to the Manager of Screening Tracking
  • Conduct audits to ensure quality tracking and report findings to the Tracking Manager
  • Assist with resolving Lost to Follow up issues and reassign tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with the Manager of Screening Tracking to monitor call volumes, team member statistics, and customer complaints
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in a related field
  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
