Technical Sales Manager Opportunity at Optibelt Corporation

Optibelt Corporation, a leading manufacturer of high-quality power transmission and special belting applications, is seeking a skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team in the Northwest Region, USA.

About the Role:

  • Business Development: Identify and develop opportunities in collaboration with our business partners to drive sales growth.
  • Customer Meetings: Schedule and conduct training, lunch and learns, and both virtual and in-person meetings to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Sales Reporting: Timely track sales opportunities using our CRM system to ensure accurate sales data.
  • Territory Analysis: Analyze sales within the territory and identify growth targets to pursue.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in selling value-added products.
  • Education: A college degree would be beneficial but not required.
  • Skills: Strong sales personality, excellent social skills, organized, proficient in MS Office, and experienced in using a CRM system.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel and meet new people (up to 60% travel).
  • Driving: Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
