About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Crew Leader to join our team at BrightView Landscapes, LLC- DE. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 2-5 crew members and ensuring that assigned tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance & Quality:
    • Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew members
    • Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met
    • Identify more efficient ways to perform work
  • Client Satisfaction:
    • Surface client concerns to the Production Manager and proactively assist in achieving a resolution
  • Crew Management:
    • Provide the Production Manager with feedback on crew members
    • Assist the Production Manager in the development and training of crew members
    • Turn in accurate crew time logs
  • Safety:
    • Ensure all crew members perform their work safely and in accordance with company policies
    • Ensure equipment is in good working order and receives appropriate preventative maintenance
    • Log equipment usage and maintenance cycles
Requirements
  • 2-3+ years of prior experience in a landscape-related field required
  • Valid Drivers License required
  • Prior experience as a crew lead/foreman highly preferred
