PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: Ensure that each operator has the essential materials required for the specific product being produced, in accordance with the job ticket and production schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Examine job tickets and production schedules, organizing and preparing necessary loads.
  • Efficiently operate the aerator.
  • Retrieve and store product and machine supplies as needed.
  • Proficiently handle a pallet jack.
  • Communicate effectively with operators.
  • Follow instructions and collaborate with operators when necessary.
  • Prepare the required product and materials for machine operation.
  • Set up each machine with the necessary materials for production.
  • Verify job bag instructions for accuracy.
  • Manage stocking and unstocking of loads.
  • Maintain cleanliness in designated department areas as required (e.g., sweeping, emptying trash bins, etc.).
  • Carry out other assigned job responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Exhibit intermediate proficiency in mathematics.
  • Demonstrate key competencies such as accuracy, reliability, decision-making, time management, and self-motivation.
  • Possess effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to read and comprehend documents such as safety guidelines, operating manuals, and procedural instructions.
  • Pass a color vision assessment.
  • Maintain a good attendance record.
  • Exhibit a reliable and dependable nature.
  • Capable of performing all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
