About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our Civic Services marketing team at Tyler Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing projects that meet business goals, generate leads, increase brand recognition for Tyler solutions, and create loyalty among our prospects and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative, multi-faceted marketing campaigns to drive engagement and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to learn about our products and client needs to develop informative and targeted content and campaigns.
  • Become adept in the Tyler voice and writing style to write effective, compelling content.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to drive Tyler's messaging and content to our marketplace in a highly impactful way.
  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies to drive engagement and generate leads.
  • Track project, campaign, and advertising results for reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry and marketing best practices, trends, ideas, tools, and technology.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of marketing experience.
  • Deep understanding of marketing vehicles, including collateral, video, trade shows, advertising, web, and content marketing.
  • Outstanding writing and storytelling skills, including the ability to create impactful marketing messages for a business-to-business or business-to-government audience.
  • Proven experience effectively managing a variety of marketing projects and timelines.
  • Knowledge of AP style.
  • Solid skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Understanding of graphic applications, image/media files, web media/interactive marketing, etc.
  • Proactive mindset and a desire to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to collaborate within a team environment.
  • Technology/software industry and public sector experience preferred.
