The Senior Manager, Specialty Compliance & Ethics role is pivotal within our Global Ethics and Compliance framework. This position is essential for reviewing and ensuring the consistent application of Global Ethics policies and procedures across various markets.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Oversee the maintenance of over 70 policies and procedures, including our Code of Conduct and case management guidelines.
- Collaborate with teams across Global Ethics, Legal, Global Investigations, and Corporate Affairs to establish and refine best practices for ethics allegation handling and case management.
- Address daily governance inquiries from all markets to guarantee adherence to Global Ethics policies.
- Assist the Global Ethics governance team in addressing governance-related inquiries concerning Code of Conduct matters.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A proactive approach with a strong sense of urgency.
- A process-oriented mindset focused on enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and writing skills for effective interaction with senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in drafting and developing policies.
- A law degree with experience in analyzing ethical issues.
