Job Title: Foreign Filing Reporting Paralegal

Fawkes IDM is seeking a highly skilled Foreign Filing Reporting Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience with filing patent applications, responding to Office Actions, and preparing routine client reporting correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Filing patent applications and responding to Office Actions with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)
  • Preparing routine client reporting correspondence in connection with patent filings
  • Experience with the USPTO's electronic filing system (PAIR)
  • Handling patent annuity payments and coordinating payments by third-party vendors
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Paralegal certificate from an accredited program required
  • Experience in patent law and USPTO procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
