Hiring a Tax Reporting Executive

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned tax professional to contribute to a vibrant and innovative organization.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the company's tax reporting processes and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee tax reporting processes to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and implement necessary changes to tax processes.
  • Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals to ensure high-quality tax reporting and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in tax reporting or a similar role within the finance industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal tax laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in tax reporting software and advanced skills in MS Excel.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex tax information in simple terms.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
