The 340B Center of Excellence (COE) at AbbVie is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the strategic integration and enablement of all AbbVie 340B related activities. As the Director of 340B Operations Enablement, you will play a critical role in driving business solutions and impact across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional coordination and strategic/tactical planning to ensure a high level of collaboration and alignment across teams.
- Project manage all engineering, design, and requirements needed for the COE, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Provide subject matter expertise on data ecosystem needs for the COE, working closely with COE leadership to identify data requirements.
- Determine technical requirements to establish 340B COE business and performance management areas within the COE.
- Coordinate implementation of 340B related technical solutions, including data and platform needs for robust reporting, KPI tracking, measurement protocols, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Develop and foster robust internal relationships with key stakeholders, including Market Access/Trade, Employer Teams, Finance, Patient Services, MABI, and other essential partners.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving business solutions.
- Strong technical expertise in data ecosystem and analytics.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
