What We're Looking For

We're seeking a talented Content Creator Intern who lives and breathes content creation. You'll be an impeccable storyteller, both on-camera and off, with a passion for short-form video, social media copywriting, and capturing attention in a crowded market.

You'll have a vibrant personality, be self-motivated, and inspired, with big ideas and a finger on the pulse of what's trending in marketing, tech, and the digital landscape.

Responsibilities
  1. Ideate and draft short-form social media copy for various platforms, including Instagram, X, Threads, and LinkedIn.
  2. Conceptualize, create, and execute short-form video content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
  3. Test various content creation formats, from skits to greenscreen and dynamic editing.
  4. Identify emerging trends and topics, and activate quickly to drive innovation, grow engagement, and community size within the platform.
  5. Develop content strategies and calendars for NoGood's social channels and clients.
  6. Analyze and report on the performance of published social media content regularly to derive insights and optimize future content.
  7. Support creator partnerships, outreach, and relationship management.
  8. Author blog articles and contribute to the NoGood blog with unique ideas about the world of marketing.
Requirements
  • Experience in creating short-form video content for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram on either a brand or personal channel.
  • Strong writing and social media copywriting skills, including long- and short-form.
  • Impeccable storytelling skills, with the ability to capture attention and maintain it.
  • Analytical thinking and a strong understanding of key platform metrics across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, etc.
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinking.
  • An ability to shoot and edit videos comfortably in CapCut and Adobe Premiere.
  • Interest in growth, product, and tech, as well as social media trends and internet culture.
  • An ability to eloquently tell a story or do research and explain a topic in a captivating way.
  • An ability to create engaging content that aligns with brand look and feel, brings new ideas to the team, and thrives in a highly collaborative environment.
  • A well-versed understanding of platform-specific social media best practices.

The compensation for this position is $16-$20 an hour.
