About the Job

We are seeking a highly qualified Multilingual Teacher to join our team. As a Multilingual Teacher, you will be responsible for instructing students who are learning English as their second language. Your core responsibilities will include preparing and delivering curriculum, creating exemplar responses and documents, using assessment data to drive instruction, and maintaining accurate gradebook, records, and data tracking systems.

You will also be responsible for building a positive school and classroom culture by embodying and maintaining our school's values, policies, and culture. This includes developing positive relationships with students, families, teachers, and staff through regular positive phone calls to families, weekly newsletters about the classroom, and attending all required events.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant content area is required, as well as a valid North Carolina teaching license or ability to seek reciprocity. Fluency in Spanish is also required. We prefer candidates with experience teaching Multilingual / English as a Second Language Learners (ML / ESL / ELL).
