Job Title: Radiology Service Specialist
About the RoleAtrium Health Charlotte is seeking a skilled Radiology Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our imaging services.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with management and technical staff to ensure seamless coordination of radiology services.
- Perform routine maintenance, installation, and repairs of imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.
- Train less experienced service engineers in radiology procedures and techniques.
- Effectively communicate with colleagues, patients, and physicians to provide exceptional customer service.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 6+ years of experience servicing electrical equipment preferred, or an Associate's degree in Electrical or Biomedical Engineering or related field, or equivalent military Biomedical education and 2+ years of experience in Radiology Imaging Service.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, life insurance, and 401(k) retirement plan.
