Senior Collaborative Planning and Forecasting Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled CPFR Manager to join our team at Hisense USA. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing sales targets, detailed sales and forecast planning, and owning the forecasting process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forecast and Inventory Planning: Execute demand planning process, gather inputs, consolidate information, and coordinate and maintain forecast data. Partner with sales, business planning, and supply chain to develop a consensus demand plan.
- Sales Management and Analytics: Pull and format sales reports from the customer database, track sell-in and sell-thru performance against joint business goals, and communicate weekly sales performance updates and outlooks both internally and to the customer.
- PO Creation / Maintenance: Work with Hisense Supply Chain team on necessary order maintenance issues, communicate with the customer to ensure timely updates, and recommend and build POs for seasonal products based on customer requests.
- Maintenance issues: Assist with shortage/overage reconciliation for PO's, establish communication and documentation standards for addressing these issues, and serve as lead contact for FOB PO issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment with multiple priorities.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in demand planning, logistics, or supply chain functions.
- Desired: Amazon & Costco experience.
