Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Records Coordinator to join our team at the Center for Developmentally Disabled. As a Records Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel files, ensuring compliance with ADA specifications, and providing excellent customer service to our staff and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • File all paperwork as needed for the human resource department
  • Sort and organize papers alphabetically and by content, dates, and significance for electronic filing
  • Create electronic personnel files for new employees
  • Maintain personnel files according to ADA specifications
  • Ensure electronic documents are stored in designated systems according to best practices
  • Enter paperwork into an electronic system using data entry or optical scanners
  • Handle requests to access files and maintain confidentiality
  • Assist with answering phone and prioritizing messages
  • Partner with Recruiters to ensure required documentation is filed during onboarding
  • Support training program to track completed training of all staff in electronic files and HRIS
  • Work with supervisory team to ensure training checklists are received and filed
  • Organize personnel records for audits and accreditations
