Position Overview

The Folsom Cordova Unified School District is dedicated to fostering a workforce that mirrors the diversity of our student population and community. We encourage applications from individuals of varied backgrounds.

Schedule

Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess one of the following credentials:

  • California Adult Education Designated Subjects Teaching Credential
  • Single Subject Credential with English Learner Authorization (or CLAD)
  • Multiple Subject Credential with English Learner Authorization (or CLAD)

Preferred qualifications include:

  • A minimum of three (3) years of teaching experience
  • Experience in Adult Education
Role Description

This position serves as a substitute instructor for English as a Second Language classes as required.

Employment Conditions

Employment is contingent upon the following:

  • Department of Justice Clearance / Background Check
  • TB Clearance
  • Valid California Driver's License
  • Approval from the Board of Trustees
