Job Summary

Folsom Cordova Unified School District is seeking a dedicated Adult Education Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a valid California Adult Education Designated Subjects Teaching Credential with Welding or Single Subject Industrial and Technology Education Credential with English Learner Authorization.

This is a non-contracted hourly position that is subject to enrollment. The instructor will teach welding classes, approximately 17 weeks in duration, offered in Fall and Spring depending on enrollments. Classes meet Monday through Thursday, 4:00pm - 8:00pm, and students earn industry certification.

Employment is conditional upon satisfaction of the following requirements:

  • DOJ Clearance /Background Check
  • TB Clearance
  • Valid CA Driver's License
  • Board of Trustees Approval
