  • Lead a team of 40+ associates, providing training, development, and motivation to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Control expenses, order supplies, and implement local store marketing initiatives to drive sales and repeat business.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, sales, and employee engagement.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of QSR restaurant management experience, with a proven track record of team leadership, customer service, and sales growth.
  • ServSafe certification and a flexible schedule, with a mix of rotating day shifts and mid-shifts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, customers, and vendors.
